yay. storyboard, typo, maya retests, jumping ricesack and walking cycle animations PWNED. wahahahaha. *gloats* finally CNY is here, can be free from stress and enjoy the joyous occasion. for time being. but better than nothing!! if we are not given this short break from assignments and straight jump into studio project 2, i think wee all will break down from mental disorder right away.
hopefully i can manage to own studio project this month too, just like my assignments. im always counting on my cheap luck to scrape through assignments. dunno if i can do likewise for my studio project as well.
..and hopefully i can successfully squeeze into IM next semester. competition will be tight this year; only 25% admission and plus alot of those achievers (like marcus from group 1 or 3 i cant rmbr =O) is all aiming at IM. if i ever end up in animation, i'll probably be dead. correction, i'll rather be dead than being in animation. >=O but!! i think i will have a 0.0000001% probabilty of entering IM. like, how to fight with those pros entering IM lar? magic mirror tell me!! (lolls i sot liao. =.=) so i think i'll choose games for my 2nd choice (in case i cant even smell IM). at least i wont be filled with regret doing shitty things like drawing 2D animations and cramming over Maya for the next 2 years. at least for games i have interest for character design. well, afterall the diploma for DMD can be exchangeable between IM, animation or games after we graduate. so i rather not torture myself over 2 years in animation to get the same diploma i can get through games or IM.
so conclusion : 1st IM, 2nd choice games, 3rd animation. (meng fang and sherry will go mad seeing this and some ppl out there will think i had eaten the wrong medicine for choosing games as my 2nd choice DX)
my cny wish (if there is really such thing) for this year of Rat will be ENTERING IM FOR THE NEXT SEM!!!!
